The very attractive - and with certainty male-type- and somewhat larger-sized - finger-ring is (I deem) executed in (somewhat shiny!) and I deem genuine silver-based metal and retains great pronounced detail. The ring is clearly worn ie. used (it is still a bit tarnished and was with certainty never cleaned nor polished). The detail on the skull-illustration and 'Westwall'-text is, however, nicely preserved and void of any damage or alike (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece originates with certainty of a local-production and was most certainly acquired as a souvenir by a German soldier. The piece shows a clearly present (but hard to decypher makers'- ie. silver-content stamp on the inside. These desirable 'souvenir'-rings could be privately purchased from local artisans and were very popular amongst the troops. Simply a neat and 100% genuine example that originates from a German private-household where it was recently uncovered. I deem that I have priced this very attractive skull-'souvenir'-ring accordingly!
