This is a very attractive - and actually truly scarcely encountered! - fairly early-period, HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstalstungsabzeichen') that was specifically issued to commemorate a specific HJ-related gathering ie. rally (named: 'H.J. Bann-Treffen - 121. Unterland - 23./24. Brachet 34') being a non-maker-marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in typical, golden-toned metal (I deem so-called: zinc- ie. pot-metal) - and shows extraordinary detail. The piece was simply never cleaned nor polished but is still somewhat tarnished by age (as can be noticed on the pictures). The piece (which is as stated above non-maker-marked) depicts a detailed (early!) HJ-eagle-device resting on three 'HJ-Fahnen' (ie. flags) coupled with the text: 'H.J. Bann-Treffen - 121. Unterland - 23./24. Brachet 34' and comes mounted onto its (functional) and never altered pin-/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and most certainly not that often encountered! - HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related 'tinnie'. I deem that I have priced this attractive - and early-period! - example according to its desirability and/or nicely preserved condition!
