Attractive, 4-pieced WH (Heeres) officers'-type insignia-set comprising of a pair collar-tabs and dito shoulderboards as was specifically intended for usage by an officer who served as a: 'Sonderführer Z'

This is an attractive - and actually scarcely seen! - 4-pieced WH (Heeres) officers'-type insignia-set comprising of a (fully matching!) pair of (I deem early-war-pattern!) collar-tabs and dito shoulderboards (ie. 'Kragenspiegel u. Schulterstückesatz für Offiziere des Heeres m. Sonderführer-Dienstgrad') as was specifically intended for usage by an officer who served as a: 'Sonderführer Z' (or: specialised officer with specifically assigned tasks) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used- ie. most certainly once tunic-attached-), condition. The neatly hand-embroidered collar-tab pair - which is neatly backed with yellowish-beige-coloured- and/or buckram-based material as is more often observed - comes as carefully tunic-removed (as can be seen on the pictures). These tabs were the 'standard-issue'-version of the officers'-type 'Sonderführer'-collar-tabs. This pair came together with a fully matching and typically thin-shaped shoulderboard-pair that originated from the same 'Sonderführer Z' who wore and stored these insignia for decades. All four pieces are executed in the (typical) dove-grey (ie. 'grauer'-) toned wool and are just a tiny bit stained due to minimal wear and/or decades of storage and/or handling. Simply a great set of scarcely found 'Heeres Sonderführer'-related officers'-pattern insignia that comes in an overal wonderful condition: hard to find a nicer and more attractive setfor a more interesting price!
