The neat commemorative - desirable and fairly luxuriously styled! - day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (molded-styled) silverish-grey-coloured- (ie. I deem aluminium-based) metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has been nicely preserved over the years. The (shield-shaped) badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The (shield-shaped) 'tinnie' is quite detailed and retains most of its minimally tarnished, silverish-grey-coloured finish. It bears a clearly present makers'-designation on its back that reads: 'K. Wächtler & Lange' and shows a detailed illustration of 3 upward-positioned swords and 6 symbols of various TR-related organisations (such as the: SS and/or RAD to mention a few) coupled with the above-mentioned text. It should be noted that all N.S.D.A.P.-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at regional- (ie. 'Kreis'- or: 'Gau'-) level (such as the piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'scarce'. Simply a neat - and actually not that often seen! - N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie' that is accordingly priced!
