Superb - and rarely found! - WH (Heeres) Pz-cap-cocarde as executed in flatwire 'BeVo'-weave pattern onto a black-coloured background as was intended for usage on the black-coloured Pz-officer-type side-caps (ie. 'Schiffchenmützen')
I recently found a complete 'strip' comprising of ten - fully identical and actually truly very rarely found! - WH (Heeres) Pz-cap-cocardes (ie. 'Offizierskokarden für Panzer-Schiffchenmützen') as all ten executed in the neat flatwire 'BeVo'-weave pattern onto a black-coloured background as was specifically intended for usage onto the black-coloured Pz-officer-type side-caps (ie. 'Schiffchenmützen') and that come all ten in a great and truly unconfectioned- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'- and/or never cap-attached-), condition. The cocardes - which come 'still mounted onto a strip as straightly from the period producer' - still had a paper-based 'Banderolle' in place (as can be seen on the pictures) and just show some minimal staining caused by decades of storage only. It should be noted that these Panzer-related, officers'-pattern cap-cocardes are very hard to find something that merits my asking-price. My asking-price is naturally intended per single specimen. Simply a nice occasion to acquire a rarely encountered piece of Panzer-related cap-insignia!
