This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - (I deem) early- ie. mid-war-period, so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the light-blue- (ie. 'kornblumenblauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier der Nachschub-Truppen' (or: junior-sergeant who served within the army transport-troops) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. just minimally worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11,2 cms. in length as more often seen - has the neat 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these early- ie. mid-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstrap - which originates from a larger cloth- and insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - shows the bluish-grey-toned (ie. truly sub-dued) NCO-braid attached and comes naturally mounted onto its functional tongue (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and/or fully 'text-book'!, M40- ie. 43-pattern NCO-type 'Nachschub'-shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier der Nachschub-Truppen'!
