Attractive, WH (Heeres) so-called: trade- and/or special career arm-insignia as was intended for a: 'Funkmeister', being a neatly hand-embroidered variant on darker-green-coloured wool
This is a truly attractive example of a WH (Heeres) so-called: trade- and/or special career arm-insignia (or: 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for an army: 'Funkmeister' (or: radio-operator ie. radio-equipment NCO) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem simply never worn- nor tunic-attached-) condition. The neat patch is executed on a darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based background and shows a (detailed and/or neatly hand-embroidered) 'arrow'-sign as executed in bright-yellow-coloured linnen. The neatly maker-marked patch (that shows an undecypherable stamp) is nicely backed with greyish-blue-coloured linnen as more often encountered. The patch shows some minimal staining simply caused by decades of storage only. This particular example originated from a large cloth-/shoulderstrap-collection I recently acquired. Simply a very attractive WH (Heeres) trade-/specialist badge!
