This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - Waffen-SS, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as piped in the golden-yellow-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by a soldier who served within the: 'Waffen-SS Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Truppen' (ie. SS-reconnaisance- or: cavalry-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap has the typical Waffen-SS-pattern- and/or: smaller-shaped tongue attached as only observed on genuine Waffen-SS-pattern straps and has the neat golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour and/or 'silk-like'-type branchcolour (ie. piping) attached (as can be noticed on the pictures). The shoulderstrap - which is 11 cms. sized in length as more often encountered - shows the field-grey-coloured- and/or: woolen-based 'underlay' (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows some minimal age and/or staining simply caused by minimal wear and/or age. In any case is this a fully garuanteed, 100% original Waffen-SS shoulderstrap that comes in a wonderful condition and that is consequently priced. The strap shows hardly any wear nor damage and is as stated only slightly used ie. worn. It should be noted that these original, period Waffen-SS shoulderstraps can easily be graded 'scarce': even more so when they are piped in the desirable, golden-yellow-coloured- (ie. 'Waffen-SS Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Truppen'- or: SS-reconnaisance- ie. cavalry-troops-related-) branchcolour: too bad that it is only a single specimen!
