This is an attractive - and actually not that easily found! - WH (Kriegsmarine ie. 'Küstenartillerie'-related) rank-chevron (ie. 'Gefreitenwinkel') as was specifically intended for usage on the various field-grey-coloured, naval: 'Küstenartillerie'-tunics being an example as was intended for usage by an: 'Obermatrose' (or: 'Obergefreiter') and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly used- and/or most certainly once-tunic-attached-), condition. The chevron is executed on typical field-grey-coloured wool and shows two stripes of the typical, golden-toned naval- ie. 'Küstenartillerie'-style NCO-braid attached. The pice is not 'backed' and does show some fraying and usage (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these neat naval rank-chevrons are with certainty not that easily encountered if needed. Simply a nice occasion to acquire a scarcely encountered naval- ie. 'Küstenartillerie'-related rank-chevron!
