Attractive, 4-pieced medal-bar (ie. 'Ordenspange') respectively depicting a WWI-period: 'EK II. Klasse', a: 'Bayern Militär-Verdienstkreuz 3. Klasse m. Schw.', a: 'FKK 1914-18 m. Schw.' and an: Austrian 'Anschluss'-medal
This is an attractive - and not that easily found! - four-pieced medal-bar (ie. 'Ordenspange') respectively depicting a WWI-period: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross second class), a neatly bright-reddish bronze-toned, so-called: 'Bayern Militär-Verdienstkreuz 3. Klasse m. Schwertern', a: 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18 mit Schwertern' (ie.: 'Kriegsteilnehmerkreuz 1914-18 mit Schwertern') and a silver-toned: Austrian 'Anschluss'-medal (ie. 'Medaille zur Erinnerung an den 1. März 1938') as was awarded to all members of the armed forces that participated in the German occupation of Austria that started on: '1. März 1938' all four pieces coming in an overall very nice- (albeit minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. All four awards are truly neatly silver- ie. golden-bronze- (ie. bright-reddish-) coloured and 'fairly frosted' examples that are all four just minimally tarnished by age and/or moderate usage and wear (as can be seen on the pictures) but are void of any damage or alike. All four pieces come naturally mounted on their period ribbons and have a nicely preserved age-patina and are just a tiny bit dirty: they were never cleaned nor polished (see pictures). The entire 'Spange' is nicely 'backed' with a piece of greyish-coloured linnen and shows a (regular-type- and/or functional) pin- ie. catch-set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18' is a maker- (ie. 'NBG'-) marked example. Simply an attractive example of a four-pieced, WWI- ie. TR-related 'Ordenspange' that comes in an uncommonly found combination and that will be truly hard to be upgraded!
