Attractive - and very detailed! - neatly reddish-bronze-coloured (and I deem copper-toned- ie. 'tin-metal'-based-) so-called: 'door-plaque' (ie. 'Türplakette') entitled: 'Mitglied der N.S.-Volkswohlfahrt' (N.S.V.) - Gau Düsseldorf'

I recently uncovered a small stack comprising of 10 - fully identical and simply never issued- nor used! - examples of the attractive - and somewhat larger-sized - third-Reich-period (door)plaques (having each an approximate diameter of 7,8 cms.) and depicting an illustration of the typical N.S.V.- (ie. 'N.S.-Volkswohlfahrt'-) logo and two swastika's and being surrounded with the text as mentioned above (as can be seen on the pictures). The plaques show three tiny holes for screwing ie. attaching the plaque to a doorpost: as such the residents could be identified as members of this TR-organisation. The pieces are truly unissued ie. virtually mint and do show no damage whatsoever (and were - I deem - never cleaned nor polished) and have all very nice and pronouned detail. The pieces retain their typical golden-bronze-coloured 'age-patina' and show some minimal strorage-age only (caused by having been stored as such for decades). My asking-price is naturally intended for one single specimen. Simply a nice occasion to acquire a decorative - and with certainty that not that often seen! - 'N.S.-Volkswohlfahrt'-related door-plaque ie. 'Türplakette' for a competitive price!
