Attractive - albeit minimally mis-matched - pair of 'cyphered'- (and I deem early- ie. mid-war-period) WH (Kriegsmarine) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Küsten-Artillerie-Abteilungs'

This is an attractive - minimally mis-matched but nevertheless not that easily encountered! - neatly 'cyphered'- (and I deem fairly early- (ie. mid-) war-period pattern pair of enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as was specifically intended for usage on the field-grey coloured navy-style tunics by a: 'Soldat eines Küsten-Artillerie-Abteilungs' (or simple soldier who served within a naval coastal-artillery unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem just minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. The straps - which are fully 'text-book' in all facets - measure approximately 11,1 cms. in length (and have a width of 5,5 cms. as usually seen) have the field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and come mounted onto their functional tongues. The straps show the neat interwoven so-called: 'crossed-anchors'-cyphers or: 'Ziffern' (which are both executed in golden-yellow-coloured linnen) denoting the rank of simple: 'Soldat o. Maat'. The straps - shows some minimal age, wear and/or staining but are totally void of any damage (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that ALL 'Küstenartillerie' insignia-pieces are actually quite hard to encounter: those 'cyphered' examples even more so, which grades them easily as 'scarce'. Simply an attractive 'cyphered', naval EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage on the field-grey-coloured attire!
