Attractive - scarcely found and/or fully matching! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the typical green (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for a: 'Soldat der Luftwaffe-Felddivisionen'
The attractive shoulderstraps - which come in a presumably used- albeit never worn and/or fully untouched condition - have the typical bluish-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the (typical) darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour and were as such intended for usage by a soldier belonging to one of the the later-war-period, so-called: 'Luftwaffe-Felddivisionen' (or: later-war period LW infantry-related units ie. ground-troops). It should be noted that these typical green-piped, LW-type shoulderstraps can be considered 'truly scarce' and saw also usage on for example on the specific 3/4-sized FD-camouflaged smocks. The shoulderstrap-pair on offer here comes in an overall nice- (and as mentioned above never used- nor worn-) condition: they just shows some obvious wear, age and/or staining and one of the straps shows some minimal moth-damage (as can be noticed on the pictures). The set is totally matching and measures approximately 12,2 cms. in length each. The set never had any tongues attached and was a typical pair that was intended to be used as a pair of the 'sew-in'-pattern. The pair has the neat, typical green-coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive and/or scarcely encountered pair of 'text-book', LW-'Felddivisionen'-insignia: great to complete or restore a tunic or excellently fitted to be stored in any shoulderstrap-collection!
