Superb - and most certainly rarely seen! - WH (Heeres) related cuff-title (ie. This is a very attractive - and actually rarely encountered! - so-called: WH (Heeres) related cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') being a typical (full-length!) black-coloured- and linnen-based example showing the (neatly silver-toned- and 'flatwire'-woven!) text that reads: 'Propagandakompanie' and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem clearly issued- and just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. This example - having a total size of 41 cms. and having a width of 4 cms. as more often seen - is constructed from black-coloured linnen and shows the neatly (interwoven) text: 'Propagandakompanie' which is executed in a technique similar to the 'BeVo'-flatwire-weave pattern (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is very nicely made and shows only minimal wear, storage-age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The exact usage for this armband has still to be fully determined: it was most likely introduced around September 1942 and was presumably merely intended for usage by staff-members (ie. officers) serving within the staff (ie. 'Stab') of the: 'Propaganda'-companies. This example originates from a private-household in Germany where it was recently uncovered: it was never before in collectors-hands. Simply a very attractive - and mosy certainly desirable! - WH (Heeres) related (and very nicely executed!) cuff-title that is - I deem - accordingly priced: only the first such rare item I ever had on offer!
