Neat - albeit regrettably single! - 'Luftschutz'- (ie. RLB-) related officers'-pattern shoulderboard ('Schulterstück') as was intended for: 'RLB'-officers holding the rank of: 'Luftschutzoberführer' (comparable with an: 'Oberleutnant'-rank)
This is an interesting - albeit regrettably single but actually not that often found! - 'Luftschutz'- (ie. RLB-) related officers'-pattern shoulderboard ('Schulterstück für Offiziere des Reichs-Luftschutz-Bundes') as was intended for: 'RLB'-officers holding the rank of: 'Luftschutzoberführer' (comparable with an: 'Oberleutnant'- ie. lieutnant first-class rank) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat board - which is of the pre- (ie. early-war-) pattern and that shows some minimal staining and/or age but that is void of any damage - ise constructed from the (typical) lilac-purple-coloured- and/or smooth-type wool (as to be expected). The board is of the specific pattern that was used on the RLB-tunics before (and throughout) the war. Simply an attractive - and actually not that often seen! - 'Luftschutz' (ie. RLB-related-) officers'-pattern shoulderboard that is I deem accordingly priced!
