This is a very attractive - fully matching and actually scarcely seen! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M41- o.M43'-pattern, 'cyphered' NCO-type shoulderstraps having the neat light-blue- (ie. 'kronblumenblauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Offiziers-Anwärter u. Mitglied einer Nachschubschule' (or: sergeant first-class and officers'-candidate who served at a transport-school ie. transport training-unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11,7 cms. in length each - have the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks'. The straps - which have the light-blue- (ie. 'kronblumenblauer'-) coloured- and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached - show the (silverish-grey-coloured) NCO-braid attached and do show a (fully matching and aluminium-based) pair of larger-sized, Gothic-styled 'S' cyphers (ie. 'Ziffern') and two pairs of (also matching and aluminium- ie. zinc-based) pips attached and do show (double-sized-, sub-dued- and 'stitched-together'!) slip-ons (ie. 'Anwärter-Laschen') period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore this pair was an: 'Offiziers-Anwärter' ie. officers'-candidate (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which came mounted onto their functional tongues - show as stated above some minimal usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). This neat pair originates from an older shoulderstrap ie. board-collection that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply a very attractive and/or: early- (ie.mid-) war-period, 'Heeres'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Offiziers-Anwärter u. Mitglied einer Nachschubschule'!
