The truly attractive - and with certainty scarcely encountered! - circular-shaped badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in silverish-coloured- and (I deem) typical 'Buntmetall'-based metal: it shows some regular wear and/or moderate age but is totally void of any damage or alike. The badge (having an approximate diameter of 3,8 cms.) has a functional pin- ie. catch set-up and has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is very detailed and retains a vast part of its somewhat tarnished, silver-coloured finish. The 'tinnie' - which is totally void of a makers-designation - depicts a couple of tents set-up in a mountain-region that also shows a (flying) 'HJ-Fahne' and is surrounded by the text: 'Hochland-Lager 1935 - Lengries' (as can be seen on the pictures). The neat piece comes as stated above mounted onto its functional pin-/catch set-up and is truly a high-quality produced example. Simply an attractive - and with certainty scarcely encountered - 'HJ'- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'-) related 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' issued to commemorate participation in the: 'Hochlandlager 1935'!
