Attractive - and unusually seen! - linnen-based and/or 'BeVo'-woven sports-patch (ie. 'Leistungsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for usage by members serving within the: 'Berliner Universität'

This is a truly very unusual - and/or neatly 'BeVo'-woven! - sports-patch (ie. 'Leistungsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for usage by members studying within the: 'Berliner Universität' and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. possibly issued albeit simply never used- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. The attractive patch depicts a 'Heerestype'-eagle-device with above that the text: 'Hochschulsport' and below the text: 'Leistungsabzeichen - Berlin'. The patch - which is void of an interwoven makers'-designation - measures: 10,2 x 8,5 cms. and was as stated above never used: it comes as 'straithly cut-off the role' (as can be seen on the pictures). The neat badge was presumably intended for a students'-uniform or even sports'-related outfit. Simply an attractive piece of sports'-related cloth-insignia that would most certainly merit further attention and/or investigative work!
