Attractive, darker-blue-coloured so-called: RLB (or: 'Reichsluftschutzbund') 'Amtsträger'-armband depicting the typical 'RLB'-logo (with lettering) and showing an interwoven 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending-designation
This is an attractive example of the - actually fairly scarcely encountered! - typical darker-blue-coloured, so-called: RLB (or: 'Reichsluftschutzbund'): 'Amtsträger'-armband (ie. 'Armbinde') depicting the multi-coloured 'RLB'-logo (with lettering) and showing an interwoven 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending-designation on its back and that came in an overall nice- (albeit I deem moderately used and/or worn-), condition. This band signified that the bearer was an official member of the RLB and acted as a so-called: 'Amtsträger' (these bands could also be worn with the civilian-attire). The armband - which comes neatly stitched-together - is approximately 37 x 10 cms. sized and comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- and/or worn-), condition: it is just a tiny bit stained and is somewhat wrinkled (as can be seen on the pictures). This example originated from a larger-sized armband-collection that was compiled over the years and that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply a neat - and actually quite unusually encountered! - TR-era, RLB-related armband that will be hard to be upgraded!
