Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early-war-period- (ie. 'M36'- ie. 'M40'-pattern, 'tailor-made') NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier eines Infanterie-Regiments'
This is an attractive - fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of 'tailor-made'- (ie. typically 'privately-purchased'-) pattern, WH (Heeres) early-war period- (ie. 'M36'- ie. 'M40'-pattern and/or: rounded-styled) NCO-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier eines Infanterie-Regiments' (or: junior-sergeant who served within an infantry unit or regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. moderately used- and most certainly worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat straps - which have the 'standard'-pattern, darker-green-coloured and/or typical (smooth)woolen- (ie. 'boiled wool'-) based 'upperdecks' and that measure approximately 11,6 cms. in length each - show the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - that show the typical silverish-toned NCO-braid attached - show their functional tongues attached and come both in a nice- (ie. fully 'text-book') condition, overall (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair only shows moderate wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat - and most certainly desirable! - NCO-type, 'Infanterie'-related, NCO-shoulderstrap-pair for a justified price!
