Stunning - and extremely rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) ie. 'Legion Condor'-related cuff-title (ie. 'Traditions-Ärmelstreifen') as executed in so-called: 'flat-wire'-style- (ie. 'BeVo'-weave-) pattern and that is entitled: '1936 Spanien 1939'
This is a truly attractive - and actually extremely rarely encountered! - example of a WH (Heeres) ie. 'Legion Condor'-related, linnen-based cuff-title (ie. 'Traditions-Ärmelstreifen') as executed in so-called: 'flat-wire'-style- (ie. 'BeVo'-weave-) pattern and that is entitled: '1936 Spanien 1939' and that comes as stored for decades and/or recently found and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem truly worn- ie. once tunic-attached-), condition. The cuff-title - which is neatly executed in somewhat shiny, golden-toned 'braid' on a typical bright-red-coloured- and/or: linnen-based background (ie. 'Metallfaden-gewebt') - comes in an almost full-length ie. minimally-shortened) condition and measures approx. 39 cms. and has two unfinished (and once folded) 'ends' (as can be seen on the pictures). These very attractive 'Traditions-Ärmelstreifen' were instituted in 1939 and were awarded (in a very limited number!) to the various soldiers of the: 'Panzer-Lehrregiments und der Nachrichten-Lehrabteilung'. The piece was I deem surely issued and/or moderately used and shows only minimal age and/or staining caused by decades of storage and fair wear. I have seen these being offered for much more than my asking-price. Simply an attractive - and actually very rarely encountered! - WH cuff-title that is priced according to its unmistaken rarity and/or desirability!
