Neat - albeit single! - darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based officers'-type collar-patch (ie. 'Kragenspiegel') as was specifically intended for usage by officers serving within the: 'Sicherheits- u. Hilfsdienst'- (ie. 'SHD')
This is an attractive - and actually not that easily found albeit regrettably single! - darker-green coloured- and/or (typical) felt-woolen-based, officers'-type collar-patch (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Offiziere') as was specifically intended for usage by officers serving within the: 'Sicherheits- u. Hilfsdienst'- (ie. 'SHD') being an example that comes in an overall very nice- (minimally used- and/or once tunic-attached, condition. The collar-tab - which is nicely 'backed' with beige-yellow-coloured 'Buckram'-based material - shows the (neatly hand-embroidered) 'SHD'-characters on a darker-green-coloured background: it is, moreover, 'piped' with a piece of (typical twisted, silver-toned ie. piped) braid. The piece originated from an advanced cloth-insignia-collection that was compiled over a 40-year-period and that I acquired for the web-site. I am convinced that this is a neat SHD-related officers'-type collar-patch of unmistaken scarcity!
