Attractive, aluminium-based WH (Heeres, LW usw.) ie. 'Schützen'-related ID-disc (ie. 'Erkennungsmarke') bearing the clearly stamped unit-designation that reads: '1.gem.Schütz.Kp. 302' and that comes as issued- and/or worn
This is an attractive example of a bright-silver-coloured- (and/or typical aluminium-based) WH- (Heere, Luftwaffe etc.) ie. 'Schützen'-related ID-disc (ie. 'Erkennungsmarke') that is bearing the clearly stamped unit-designation that simply reads: '1.gem.Schütz.Kp. 302' (and as such being a disc that was - I deem - intended for a soldier (or: NCO) who served within the: first-company of the infantry- ie. 'Schützen'-related, mixed- (ie. 'gemischtes') company, numbered: '302' and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly used ie. worn-), condition. The attractive disc comes in an overall very nice condition (and is executed in a very attractive letter-type!) and shows the clear evidence of having been used ie. worn (it shows somewhat 'torn-out' holes as can be seen on the pictures). The disc also shows the soldiers'-blood-group-type (Type 'A') (as can be seen on the pictures). The disc was never cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit stained and/or dirty). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that the disc is period-re-issued and does show the (crossed-out) other unit stamped on its back: '4.(gem.) LW.J.R.2' (as can be seen on the pictures). The disc originates from a larger ID-disc collection that was compiled over many years. Simply an attractive and honest WH (Heeres-) ie. 'Infanterie o. Schützen'-related ID-disc that is with certainty accordingly priced!
