Neat - and scarcely encountered! - HJ (ie. 'Hitlerjugend') related 'tinnie' being a non-maker-marked example depicting a naval ship (ie. 'Hanseschiff') and: 'swastika'-sail surrounded by the text: 'H.J. - Nordsee Gebietstreffen - Bremen - 1933'
The attractive - and with certainty unusually encountered! - HJ o. DJ- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend o. Deutsches Jungvolk'- ie. Marine-HJ) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden-bronze-coloured- and (I deem) zinc-based metal (ie. pot-metal): it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age. The badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin-/catch set-up and was (I deem) never cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The oval-shaped 'tinnie' is very detailed and was possibly once silver-toned: it is now a bit tarnished and shows a golden-bronze-coloured finish (as can be noticed on the pictures). The 'tinnie' - which is totally void of a makers-designation as more often - depicts an old-styled naval ship (ie. 'Hanseschiff') and: 'swastika'-sail surrounded by the text: 'H.J. - Nordsee Gebietstreffen - Bremen - 1933' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and with certainty scarcely encountered! - early-period 'HJ'- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'- or even Marine-HJ!) related 'tinnie' that is accordingly priced!
