This is an attractive - and clearly used- ie. worn! - example of a WH (Luftwaffe) machine-embroidered, so-called: trade- ie. special-career-patch (ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for: 'LW-Kraftfahrpersonal' (ie. drivers) and that comes in an overall nice- (and as stated moderately used- ie. once tunic-attached-), condition. The badge signified that the bearer had sucessfully succeeded various tests in this speciality. The piece - which is void of a 'backing' - is nicely machine-woven on a LW bluish-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based background and just shows some age, wear and/or staining. Simply a neat LW-'Tätigkeits-Abzeichen' that is accordingly priced!
