Commemorative - tin- (ie. linnen-) based-, 'N.S.D.A.P.'- related 'tinnie', being a non-maker-marked example depicting a 'Reichsadler'-symbol with swastika and text that reads: 'Gautag - Süd-Hannover - Braunschweig - 9.-12.6.1938'
This is a neat, commemorative - tin- (ie. partly linnen-) based-, 'N.S.D.A.P.'- related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') depicting a 'Reichsadler'-symbol with swastika and text that reads: 'Gautag - Süd-Hannover - Braunschweig - 9.-12.6.1938' and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit minimimally used- ie. worn-), condition. The badge - which is void of a makers'-designation - is executed in golden-toned-, zinc-based metal and depict an illustration of various colourfull so-called: provincial shields and 'Reichsadler'-symbol with swastika and text that reads: 'Gautag Süd-Hannover - Braunschweig - 9.-12.6.1938'. The badge - that shows some normal wear and/or moderate age - comes naturally mounted on its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and was never cleaned nor polished: it does show some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. This particular 'tinnie' is truly nicely woven by a technique similar to the 'BeVo-weave'-pattern (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to acquire a neat 'N.S.D.A.P.'- related 'tinnie' for a reasonable price!
