Attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of EM- (ie. NCO-) type shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by a member who served within the 'Sicherheitsdienst'- (ie. 'SD'-) related so-called: 'Schützmannschaften' (ie. 'Schuma')
This is an attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) type shoulderstraps as was piped in the bright-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a member who served within the notorious 'Sicherheitsdienst'- (ie. 'SD'-) related so-called: 'Schützmannschaften' (ie. 'Schuma') and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem only minimally used- ie. worn-) condition. The 'pointed-styled' straps - which measure approximately 12,2 cms. in length each - have (as to expected) the black-coloured- and woolen-based 'upperdecks' and do show the interwoven, diamond-shaped swastika-signs (as executed in silverish-grey linnen as can be seen on the pictures). The neat pair comes mounted onto its functional tongues and does show the desirable, 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as always). The pair shows the black-coloured- (ie. 'Waffen-SS'-related!) 'upperdecks' and as such signified the close interrelation between the - notorious! - 'Schuma'-units and the German police (ie. 'Polizei') ie. Waffen-SS and/or SD-units. The pair is in my opinion only minimally used and does show some minimal age, wear and/or staining. These notorious 'Schützmannschaften' (ie. 'Schuma') were staffed with men entirely coming from the Baltic states and had a very bad reputation. In any case is this a sound opportunity to acquire a very scarcely encountered pair of minimally used SD-related shoulderstraps!
