Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of officers'-pattern, WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars (for usage on the various camouflaged-uniforms) as intended for an officer holding the rank of: 'Leutnant' (ie.: 'SS Untersturmführer')
This is an attractive - and fully matching! - pair of officers'-pattern, WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars (ie. 'Rangabzeichen für die Tarnuniform') as was intended for usage on the various camouflaged-uniforms by an officer holding the rank of: 'Leutnant' ie.: 'Waffen-SS Untersturmführer' (ie. lieutnant) being both nicely embroidered examples as executed on black-coloured, woolen material and that come both in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem simply never used- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. The pieces - which are of the desirable 'embroidered pattern' - show a single oakleaf-bar and square-sized- (and separately-attached!) 'rank-bar' signifying that these patches were intended for usage by a junior-officer holding the rank of: 'Leutnant' ie.: 'Waffen-SS Untersturmführer' (ie. lieutnant). Both pieces are just a tiny bit stained caused by decades of storage but are nevertheless simply very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and actually not that often encountered! - pair of neatly embroidered WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars!
