Superb - and truly scarcely found! - commemorative, golden-bronze-toned- and tin-based - SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related 'tinnie' depicting a sword, swastika and text (ie. date) that reads: 'Brigadetreffen - Erfurt - Ostern - 34'
The attractive SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden-bronze-toned- (and somewhat tarnished) tin-based metal (ie. 'Eisenblech') and depicts a (larger-sized- and downward-positioned) sword (that shows the text: 'Brigadetreffen - Erfurt - Ostern - 34') behind a swastika-device and was as such intended for an SA-related event that took place in the year 1934. The badge - that shows some normal wear and/or moderate age - comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and has I deem never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' retains most of its golden-bronze-coloured finish but is just a bit dirty: it was, however, never cleaned nor polished. Moreover, does the piece show a makers'-designation (on the pin set-up) that reads: 'W. Aurich - Leipe' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and truly rarely found! - SA-related so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' that is offered for an interesting price!
