Early-pattern, WH (Heeres) 'Armwinkel' (or: arm-chevron) as executed on typical field-grey-coloured wool as was specifically intended for usage by a soldier with the rank of: 'Obergefreiter'

This is an attractive - and just moderately used and worn - example of a WH (Heeres) 'Armwinkel' (ie.: arm-chevron) as was executed on a typical, field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based background as was intended for usage by a soldier with the rank of: 'Obergefreiter' (ie. private first-class) and that comes in an overall nice- (and I deem used- ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The chevron - which is I deem of an early-pattern - is neatly executed and shows a single-stripe of silverish-grey-coloured- (ie. 'early -pattern') and/or 'standard'-pattern NCO-braid (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is void of any backing (as can be seen on the pictures). It sounds maybe strange but these 'simple' Heeres-related rank-insignia are quite hard to encounter. Simply an attractive, 'early -pattern'-WH-rank-badge that is accordingly priced!
