Commemorative, tin-based- and/or: golden-coloured, N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie' being a non-maker marked example depicting a detailed illustration of a castle and bearing the text: 'Gautag d. NSDAP - Mainfranken - 28.30. Juni 1935'
The neat day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (somewhat shiny) golden-coloured- (ie. tin-based) metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has been simply nicely preserved over the years. The (oval-shaped) badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is very detailed and retains truly all of its truly bright and/or: minimally tarnished, golden-coloured finish. It shows a detailed illustration of a castle and larger-sized swastika coupled with the above-mentioned text. It should be noted that all N.S.D.A.P.-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at regional- (ie. 'Kreis'- or: 'Gau'-) level (such as the piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'scarce'. Simply a neat - and actually not that often seen! - N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie' that is accordingly priced!
