Attractive - and unusually seen! - commemorative SA- (ie. HJ-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie') as issued to commemorate the: 'Winterwehrkämpfe - Aflenz - 27.-29.-1-1939'

This is a very attractive - and actually unusually seen! - commemorative SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen-') ie. HJ- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was specifically issued to commemorate a combined SA-/HJ-gathering entitled the: 'Winterwehrkämpfe - Aflenz - 27.-29.-1-1939' and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit surely issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in bright-silver-toned- and typical aluminium-based metal - shows a detailed so-called: 'SA-Sportabzeichen' with above that the a.m. text and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished. The shield-shaped and somewhat larger-sized badge (measuring approximately 4,5 x 4 cms.) shows a clear makers'-designation (that reads: 'RzM M9/235' and/or: 'Ulbricht - Wien' comes naturally mounted onto its (functional) pin- ie. pin/catch set-up. It should be noted that all 'tinnies' that were intended to commemorate an event at regional- (ie. 'town'- ie. 'Bezirks'-) level (such as the piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'. Simply a very attractive, SA- ie. HJ-related 'tinnie' ie. 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' that is accordingly priced!
