This is a neat - and not that easily found! - so-called: WH (Heeres) trade- ie. special-career patch (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was intended for (former) 'TeNo'- (= 'Technische Nothilfe'-) staff-members serving within the: 'Deutsche Wehrmacht', being a very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-) example as was executed in the so-called: 'BeVo'-weave pattern. The patch is executed in silver-grey-coloured linnen on a typical darker-green-coloured background and was never trimmed nor folded: it came as 'straightly cut-of the role' and simply cannot be upgraded. Simply an attractive and desirable 'TeNo'- (= 'Technische Nothilfe'-) related arm-patch that is with certainty accordingly priced!
