The brooch - which is a regular-weight version as executed in zinc-based metal (ie. 'Feinzink') - is as stated a non-maker-marked example that was (I deem) only moderatly used and/or worn: it was never cleaned nor polished and retains a truly nice- and only minimally tarnished age-patina, showing some normal age, wear and/or staining.
