Fully matching - and truly rarely seen! - pair of neatly 'cyphered', WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboards as was intended for an: 'Oberleutnant der Flak-Artillerietruppen u. Mitglied einer Flak-Artillerieschule'

This is a truly attractive - and/or fully matching and actually quite rarely seen! - pair of of neatly 'cyphered', WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboards as piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly used by! - an: 'Oberleutnant der Flak-Artillerietruppen u. Mitglied einer Flak-Artillerieschule' (or: lieutnant first-class and presumably instructor who served within an air-force-related, anti-aircraft school) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. moderately worn- ie. clearly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat shoulderboards - which are as stated above piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour and that have quite 'shiny' silver-coloured 'upperdecks' as to be expected - measure approximately 11,7 cms in length and never had any tongues attached: they were clearly intended (to be) used as a pair of the 'sew-in'-type (as can be seen on the pictures). The shoulderboards show a (bright-golden-toned, almost matching, 'Buntmetall'-based and/or: 'Gothic'-styled) so-called: 'FAS'-cyphers and two (regular-sized- and regular sized) pips attached denoting the officers'-rank of: 'Oberleutnant' (ie. lieutnant first-class). The neat boards show some clear age, wear and/or minimal staining but are totally void of any real damage or alike: they were carefully tunic-removed and stored as such for decades (and still show some thread- ie. stitching-remains). This pair originated from a small lot of 'cyphered' LW-straps and boards that I recently acquired for the web-site: it should, moreover, be noted that all 'cyphered' LW-boards are truly very hard to find and do not appear often on todays' market. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and truly rarely seen! - officers'-type, LW-shoulderboard-pair that was intended for an: 'Oberleutnant der Flak-Artillerietruppen u. Mitglied einer Flak-Artillerieschule'!
