Attractive - and/or fully matching! - pair of early- (ie. pre-)war-period (ie. 'M36'- ie. 'M40'-pattern-) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for a: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen'
The attractive - fully matching and nowadays not that easily found! - pair of early- (ie. pre-)war-period (ie. 'M36'- ie. 'M40'-pattern- and/or rounded-style) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps have the desirable white- (ie. weisser) coloured branchcolour and was as such intended for - and truly worn by! - an: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen' (or: junior-sergeant and member of the infantry-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The straps are approximately 11,6 cms. sized in length each as more often encountered and have the 'standard-type', typical darker-green-coloured- and/or smooth-woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and/or woolen-type branchcolour (ie. piping) attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps were only moderately used- and/or worn and do show some minimal staining, wear and/or age (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come mounted onto their functional tongues and have the neat 'standard-issue'-type- and/or silverish-blue-coloured- (ie. minimally sub-dued) 'Heeres'-type NCO-braid attached denoting the NCOs'-rank of: 'Unteroffizier' (ie. junior-sergeant). Both straps show some minimal age, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). This shoulderstrap-pair originated from an older and larger cloth- ie. insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive and/or fully 'text-book', pair of early- (ie. pre-)war-period (ie. 'M36'- ie. 'M40'-pattern- and/or rounded-styled) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for a: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen': great to store in any insignia-collection or ideal to complete any M36 ie. M40-pattern tunic!
