Neat - fully matching and scarcely found! - pair of RAD (ie. 'Reichsarbeitsdienst') officers'-type collar-tabs (being of the pattern as was used in the period between 1936-38) as was intended for a: 'FAD-Unterfeldmeister o. Feldmeister'
This is an attractive - fully matching and actually scarcely found! - pair of RAD (ie. 'Reichsarbeitsdienst') officers'-type collar-tabs (being of the first pattern as was used in the period between 1936-38) as was intended for a: 'RAD-Unterfeldmeister o. Feldmeister' and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. moderately used- and worn and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat collar-tabs - which are executed- ie. hand-embroidered in the typical, silver-toned 'braid' as mounted onto a: 'velvet-like' woolen-based background - are nicely 'backed' with brownish-coloured, 'buckram'-based material (as can be seen on the pictures). The tabs (which are as stated above fully matching) come in an overall nice ie. fully 'text-book' condition and still show some of the thread- ie. stitching-remains with which they were once tunic-attached. These RAD-officers'-type collar-patches were used in the period 1936 upto 10938 by the officers serving within this organisation. They originate from a larger-sized grouping of RAD- and FAD-insignia that was recently found at a private-household in Germany and that I acquired for the web-site. Simply a great occasion to acquire a desirable (and truly hard to find!) 'Reichsarbeitsdienst'-related officers'-type collar-tab-pair for a justified price!
