This is a very attractive - and actually not that easily ie. truly scarcely encountered! - so-called: 'Ärmelabzeichen des Standschützenbataillon Innsbruck' being a neatly machine-embroidered- and/or typical 'Raute'-sized example that comes in a (I deem) never used- nor tunic-attached, condition. The truly colourful patch is nicely machine-embroidered onto a piece of darker-green wool and was never used- nor tunic-attached. It shows a (typical) beige-coloured- and/or 'buckram'-based backing (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a neat occasion to acquire a fairly scarcely seen - later-war-period arm-patch that was intended for usage by a member that served within one of the Austrian-based so-called: 'Standschützenbataillone'!
