Superb - and clearly worn! - WH (Heeres) so-called: 'T-shaped'- (ie. 'M41-pattern'-) cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. cap-trapezoid) as was specifically produced for usage on the M41-model officers'-caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen für Offiziere')
This is a truly very attractive - and clearly worn and carefully cap-removed! - example of a WH (Heeres) so-called: 'T-shaped'- (ie. 'M41-pattern'-) cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. cap-trapezoid) being executed in so-called: 'flat-wire'-, 'BeVo'-weave-pattern as was specifically produced for usage on the M41-model officers'-caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen für Offiziere') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. moderately worn - and/or once-cap-attached-), condition. The piece is neatly executed in so-called 'BeVo'-weave 'flatwire'-pattern and was carefully folded ie. confectioned and still shows the stitching-remains (ie. holes) with which it was once cap-attached. The patche is executed in bright-silver-coloured 'braid' on a typical, darker-green-coloured (and/or also linnen-based-) background on a darker-green-coloured 'backing' (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these 'M-41'-model, 'T-shaped' officers'-cap-eagles rank amongst the most difficult to find specimen of the extensive series!
