Attractive, so-called: 'KdF'- ('DAF- o. Kraft durch Freude'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie') as was issued to commemorate the Mediterranean-trips and depicting a scene in Venice and text: 'Mittelmeerreisen - KdF - 1938-1939'

This is an attractive - and I deem copper-based 'Buntmetall' - so-called: 'DAF/KdF'- (ie.'Deutsches Arbeits Front o. Kraft durch Freude'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie') as was issued to commemorate the various Mediterranean-trips and depicting a gondola in the town of Venice and text that reads: 'Mittelmeerreisen - KdF - 1938-1939' and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in (greenish-painted) golden-toned metal (ie. I deem 'Buntmetall') - shows very nice detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished. The piece depicts a typical gondola in the town of Venice and text that reads: 'Mittelmeerreisen - KdF - 1938-1939'. The badge - which shows a clearly present makers'-designation stamped onto the pin/catch set-up that reads: 'Hoffstätter - Bonn' comes naturally mounted onto its (functional) pin- ie. pin/catch set-up. Simply a neat - and most certainly scarcely encountered! - 'DAF/KdF'- (ie.'Deutsches Arbeits Front o. Kraft durch Freude'-) related 'tinnie' that is accordingly priced!
