Machine-embroidered, WH (Luftwaffe) trade- ie. special-career-patch as was specifically intended for: 'Fliegendes Personal' and that comes in a possibly issued- albeit 'virtually mint' and/or never tunic-attached, condition
I recently uncovered two - fully identical and never used! - examples of the WH (Luftwaffe) machine-embroidered so-called: trade- ie. special-career-patches (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for: 'Fliegendes Personal' (ie. flight-crew) and that come both in an overall very nice- (ie. possibly issued- albeit never worn- nor tunic-attached- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. The patches show a detailed propellor mounted onto a pair of wings and are executed in silver-greyish linnen on a typical LW-type- and smooth-woolen-based background. The patches are both neatly machine-embroidered in greyish-white-coloured linnen on a bluish-grey coloured- and/or woolen-based background. Both patches - which are void of an addtional backing as is more often encountered - simply show no wear nor age. My asking-price is naturally intended for a single example. Simply a nice occasion to acquire a WH 'Luftwaffe' trade- and/or special-career-patch for an interesting price!
