Multi-coloured enamelled - and truly very detailed! - so-called: 'Gauleistungsabzeichen 1943 in Gold des Standschützenverbandes Tirol-Vorarlberg' (as was awarded for the 'K.K.-Gewehr' (ie. 'Klein Kaliber-Gewehr')
This is an attractive - and truly nicely preserved! - example of a so-called: 'Gauleistungsabzeichen 1943 in Gold des Standschützenverbandes Tirol-Vorarlberg' being an example that was specifically awarded for the K.K.-Gewehr (ie. 'Klein Kaliber-Gewehr'- or small caliber rifle) being a neatly maker- (ie. 'Carl Poellath - Schrobenhausen'-) marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. The very detailed and medium-sized badge (having an approximate diameter of 4 cms.) is executed in multi-coloured and nicely enamelled (golden-toned) zinc (ie. 'Feinzink') and is totally void of any damage: it is void of any enamel-damage and retains a fully preserved (bright) golden-toned finish (just some minimal staining is visible on its back). The badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional- and fully unaltered pin- ie. pin-catch-set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). A similar example is also figured in the Heering-Hüsken lapel-pin-catalogue, wherein it is given the unique reference-number: 'A61K' and wherein it is given an estimated value of 150 Eu. Simply an attractive shooting-award that is offered for an interesting price!
