Detailed, silverish-toned WWI-veteran-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was issued to commemorate a veteran-related meeting entitled: 'R.F.S.T. - Berlin - 1932'
This is an attractive - and detailed! - metal- (ie. I deem tin-) based- and/or silverish-grey-toned, WWI-veteran-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was issued to commemorate a veteran-related meeting entitled: 'R.F.S.T. - Berlin - 1932' (being presumably the abbreviation of the: 'Reichs-Frontsoldaten-Tag') and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit issued and/or worn-), condition. The detailed badge - which is totally void of a makers'-designation and that is executed in somewhat darkened, silver-greyish-coloured- and (I deem) tin-based metal - shows nice detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished (it is minimally stained ie. dirty). The somewhat larger-sized badge - having an approximate height of 4 cms. - depicts an eagle-device (over which a steelhelmet is placed) and shows the text as mentioned above. It comes naturally mounted onto its (functional) pin-/catch set-up. Simply a neat and surely unusual seen 'tinnie' that is accordingly priced!
