Bright-golden-toned lapel-pin (ie. 'Zivilabzeichen') to be worn on the civil attire as was intended for usage by the various staff-members of the 'Luftwaffe' (depicting an early-pattern- ie. 'down-tailed'-eagle)
This is an attractive - and actually not that often encountered! - item: a golden-toned lapel-pin to be worn on the civil attire as was specifically intended for usage by the various staff-members of the 'Luftwaffe' (being a detailed example depicting an early-pattern- ie. 'down-tailed'-eagle) and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem only moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The (truly detailed!) piece shows some normal darkened tarnish but was IMO never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The small-sized pin (only 1,8 cms. sized in width) is a non-maker-marked specimen (as more often) that has retained a nice age-patina and that comes mounted onto its full-sized pin. A similar lapel-pin is also figured in the 'Heering-Hüsken' lapel-pin-catalogue wherein it is given a unique reference-number (that reads: '9505C') and estimated value of 75 Eu. Simply an attractive - and not that often encountered! - WH-'Luftwaffe'-related lapel-pin that is with certainty accordingly priced!
