(Post)WWI-period- and neatly enamelled so-called: 'Verdienstkreuz des Bayerischer Kriegerbund' being a nicely preserved example that bears a makers'-desgination on its back that reads: 'Deschler u. Sohn' - München'
This is an attractive example of a (post)WWI-period- and/or neatly (partly) enamelled so-called: 'Verdienstkreuz des Bayerischer Kriegerbund' being a nicely preserved example that bears a makers'-desgination on its back that reads: 'Deschler u. Sohn' - München' and that comes in an overall very nicely preserved- (albeit most certainly issued- and/or moderately worn-), condition. The piece is executed in silverish-toned metal (ie. 'Buntmetall') and shows a (partly) enamelled- and light-blue-coloured 'inlay' (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows a nice and/or minimally tarnished surface but is void of any damage: it comes mounted onto its (functional) pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up. deem that I have priced this attractive, WWI-veteran-related 'Verdienstkreuz des Bayerischer Kriegerbund' accordingly!
