Zinc-based, SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie') being a maker- (ie. 'L.Chr. Lauer - Nürnberg-Berlin - RzM M9/3'-) marked example entitled: 'Kampftage der Fränkischen S.A. - 1939'
This is an attractive - and actually not that easily ie. scarcely encountered! - SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie') as was issued to commemorate an: 'SA'-gathering ie. rally entitled: 'Kampftage der Fränkischen S.A. - 1939' and that comes in an overall nice (albeit issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in silverish-grey-toned metal (ie. zinc or: 'Feinzink') - shows great detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished. The (semi-hollow-back) piece depicts a SA-trooper and sportsman surrounded by the text as mentioned above. The circular-shaped badge has an approximate diameter of approximately 4,5 cms. and shows a clearly present makers'-designation on its back (that reads: 'L.Chr. Lauer - Nürnberg-Berlin - RzM M9/3') comes naturally mounted on its (functional) pin-/catch set-up. Simply a nice - and most certainly not that often encountered! - SA-related 'tinnie'!
