Silver-toned, aluminium-based so-called: D.R.K.B. (or: 'Deutscher Reichskriegerbund' aka 'Kyffhäuserbund') enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) type breast-eagle (showing a black-coloured- and neatly enameled iron cross symbol)
This is a detailed example of a silver-toned, aluminium-based so-called: D.R.K.B. (or: 'Deutscher Reichskriegerbund' aka 'Kyffhäuserbund') enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) type breast-eagle (showing a black-coloured- and neatly enameled iron cross symbol) and that comes in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued' and I deem hardly worn-, condition. The piece shows a clearly present maker-designation (that reads: '2 Ges.Gesch.') and comes mounted on its (fully functional- and copper-toned) pin- ie. pin/catch set-up. The piece - which is very detailed and/or pronounced - has a very nice 'shiny' appearance (but was never cleaned and has an undamaged enameled iron cross symbol as can be clearly seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these D.R.K.B.-breast-eagles as executed in silver-toned, aluminium are not that commonly encountered!
