This is an attractive - and with certainty not that often encountered! - bright-golden-toned, so-called: 'Nichttragbarer Ehrenpreis des Reichssportführer von Tschammer und Osten' (ie. commemorative-plaque) entitled: 'In Anerkennung einer hervorragenden Leistung gegeben vom Reichssportführer' that comes as issued and/or stored for decades. The neat - medium-sized and/or regular-weight-piece - has an approximate diameter of 5,0 cms. and has pronounced detail as to be expected. It shows a detailed portrait of the: 'Reichssportführer' named: Hans von Tschammer und Osten wearing an N.S.D.A.P.-tunic on its front (on the back it shows the text as mentioned above). The piece was never cleaned nor polished and has maintained a neat (somewhat frosted- and/or minimally tarnished) bright golden-toned age-patina (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece - which shows a clearly present makers'-designation (ie. logo) that reads: 'Chr. Lauer - Nürnberg' - originates from a private household in Germany where it was recently uncovered as issued and stored for decades (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive sports-related table-medal ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Ehrenpreis' that is accordingly priced!
