Commemorative, silver-toned and/or tin-based: 'N.S.K.O.V.'-related 'tinnie', being a non-maker marked example, showing the text: 'Frontsoldatentreffen - Kreuzburg o.S. - September 1936'

The badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (light-weight-) silverish-coloured and tin-based metal: it shows some wear and/or moderate age (but has never been cleaned nor polished and retains a nicely preserved and minimally tarnished age-patina). The badge comes mounted on its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and shows some minimal age- and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is quite detailed and shows the typical 'N.S.K.O.V.'-logo mounted onto a shield-shaped surface (and a group of armed soldiers) surrounded by the text as mentioned above. It should be noted that all 'N.S.K.O.V.-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at town- (ie. 'Bezirks'-) level (such as the piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'. Of course, did I price this attractive example accordingly.
