Golden-bronze-toned- and/or copper-based, pre-'Reichswehr'-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was issued to commemorate the: 'Regimentsapell u. Denkmalweihe - Göttingen - 22.24.-8-1920'
This is a truly attractive - and with certainty not that easily encountered! - commemorative and/or pre-'Reichswehr'-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') that is executed in golden-bronze-toned- and/or copper-based metal and that depicts a soldiers'-impression wearing a steelhelmet and '82'-logo surrounded by the text: 'Errinerungszeichen Rgts. Apell u. Denkm. Weihe - Göttingen - 22.24.-8-1920' and that was as such intended for gathering ie. rally that was issued to commemorate the 82. Regiment. The badge - which has an approximate height of 4,2 cms. - is void of a makers'-designation and comes in an overall nice (albeit issued and/or minimally worn-), condition: it shows extraordinary detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished (some minimal staining is, however, present and visible as can be seen on the pictures). It comes naturally mounted on its (functional) pin-/catch set-up. Simply an attractive - and most certainly not that often encountered - pre-'Reichswehr'-related 'tinnie' that is IMO accordingly priced!
